moses devoss born (28/February/1992) is a ugandan photographer/ film maker/ writer and musician, he was born from nsambya hospital in a central town of kampala, uganda, from the parents mrs Lamula Abdat and mr Twakuba Sam, in 1998 when he had turned 6years he was taken to kalerwe, where he was raised by the streets of kampala, in 2000 during the incident of joseph kibwetere who burnt over 2000 people devoss was taken to lugazi, found in buikwe a central town in uganda, along jinja road to meet his father, mr Twakuba Sam for the very first time, where he found his grand father mr mabingo enestho musoke who had a brass band called lugazi brass band he stated singing and released about 4 songs. mr mabingo died in april or 2007, and most staye in the band for over 15years. in 2015 when devoss joined university at makerere university, he studied filming and photography, from where he joined GTi (global information technology) a filming company in uganda. he worked there for 2 years and joined NbS TV as a cinematographer, from there he joined oscar ntege photography, where he worked for 2years, he started up his own company in 2017 called devoss media. it is a filming and webdesigning company.
