When the movie was done, all I wanted to do was to bring Dennis Hopper back from the dead, because he can't end with this! So in all, Alpha and Omega is just one big bad...

By the way, Lord Macintosh is voiced by Craig Ferguson, and I'm not sure, but it looks like he wants to do a voice in an animated film made by a different animation studio every year. I wonder what is he gonna do with Blue Sky next year.

AniMat:
What the fridge happened here? Isn't Pixar supposed to be the best in the business when it comes to story?

AniMat:
As a Pixar film though... Nu nu nu nu no! Scratch that. A Pixar film directed by John Lasseter himself? It is very disappointing. Maybe its because we're too used to see Pixar usually releasing the best films or we would expect more from the man who saved Disney Animation when we heard he's in the directors chair. All I can say at this point Pixar, is that Brave better be amazing.

AniMat:
This part of the plot doesn't really influence much on the story, and I find it weird that there's environmental awareness in this film. You'd think that in a world where everybody including the animals and bugs is a vehicle that runs on gas, the ozone layer would be gone by the start of the first film.

AniMat:
I think I should earn a medal for this review. Did any of you notice that no even once I made a single joke using the word "epic"?

AniMat:
How many times was this movie rewritten again? Seventeen? Yeah! I think it needs a few more!

AniMat:
This is something that nobody should watch. In fact, I highly recommend avoiding this movie, even if you're someone who likes crap like Space Chimps. I would't even recommend this to children how stupid and bad this is. Letting your kids watch this would be considered bad parenting.

AniMat:
If theres ever a sequel for this film, Elton [John] has no choice but to appear as a garden gnome. With Borat swimsuit!

AniMat:
[speaking like Oh] Is I right humans people? High hand touching if you is agreeing!

AniMat:
You know whats the hardest thing for me to do about this? Believe me that this pile of crap is actually written by the same guys who wrote the original!

AniMat:
Therefore, I'm giving this film the first ever AniMat Seal of Garbage, a seal that is honored to any animated film who's purpose is to just steal your money, waste about 90 minutes of your life, and make you just pissed off about it. Now if you will excuse me, I gotta go prepare myself to fight against the HAE, because eventually they're gonna see this review, and they'll try to hunt me down. [Prepares himself by gathering notes]

Genndy, I love you man, but seriously, stick to TV. Just by looking at this, you're not ready to make movies yet. Oh, and uh, by the way, heres the AniMat Seal of Garbage just to remind you.

AniMat:
How to Train Your Dragon is pretty much the Avatar of DreamWorks Animation. We all have heard of the story before, but the animation is just amazing, and even beautiful.

AniMat:
Taking a plot from another movie is one thing, but taking a plot from another movie thats from your own series? Thats just wrong.

AniMat:
If Fox still wants the franchise to continue, I would love to see a TV spinoff of Scrat, and thats it, because I think Sid, Diego, and Manny are pretty much used up by now.

AniMat:
By the way, I heard that Pixar is making another sequel this year as well. Sweet! I got out of a great sequel to go into another... [Cars 2 image is shown] Aww hell no!

AniMat:
Although they are not hate-able or intolerable, I bet The Wizard himself would be embarrassed to see his noteworthy people just washed down into something forgettable. Hey, speaking of which, where the fridge was the guy?

AniMat:
And then when they are in Mars, the majority of the movie now becomes repetitive. Heres how it goes. Run away, fall, find my Mom. Run away, fall, find my Mom. Run away, fall, find my Mom.

AniMat:
Even though the story is not so well organised, at least the moral of the story they're giving us is good, and its to always love and appreciate your Mom, and when you do, martians will come and take your Mom so that they can blow her up, steal her brain, and put it on robots to raise an army. Wait a minute...

AniMat:
Let me tell you that when the martians look more human than your actual humans, you really screwed up!

AniMat:
Although the animation is not really appealing, I do have to admit that they made some improvements, and I hope it will be more improved as they make more animated films. Oh yeah, the entire company's closed down, well then never mind.

AniMat:
Now if you excuse me, I need to check how things are going with the upcoming sequel "Mars Needs Financial Help".

AniMat:
Oh Norm! Your non-stop use of dumb pop songs, cellphone gags, and random movies references completely blind me with all your tremendous swag!

AniMat:
I have never been so confident to give the movie the AniMat Seal of Garbage. Why would anyone think its a good idea to put this up in theatres will always be a mystery. But the one thing we all know is that Norm will forever find a place as one of the worst animated films of all time.

AniMat:
You may not notice this with Blue Sky, but they always have a pattern when they release their films in theatres. Its always Ice Age [1] , then an original film [Robots] . Ice Age [2] , then an original film [Horton Hears a Who!] . Ice Age [3] , then an original film [Rio] , which is where we are now. By the way, guess whats the next Blue Sky film. Ice Age [4] . Yeah.

AniMat:
Anyways, even if the movie's nothing special, I'd take this over an Ice Age sequel any day of the... [article announcing Ice Age 5 is shown] Oh my god! Why?

AniMat:
Its sad to see a franchise that we once loved to end, yes, but in the case of Shrek, its for the best.

AniMat:
If you think that Pixar, Animal Logic, or ILM makes the best animation in this industry, go watch this movie and it will tell you who really is the best of the best.

AniMat:
And so, it is with great pride that I give this film the first ever AniMat Seal of Approval, a seal that is only awarded to those who truly understand the art of animated films, and is a perfect example of writing, animation, voice acting, and so much more.

AniMat:
I guess the title fits the movie right. This dinosaur is not anything great or really spectacular. It's just good.

AniMat:
Now close your computer and go watch it now. I don't care if you have already seen it, go watch it again. Because, this is not an amazing film, its a Pixar film.

AniMat:
[reading a question asked by a fan] So if your reviewing Walking with Dinosaurs, a movie that mixes animation with live-action, then how come you didn't talk about another hybrid film released this year, The Smurfs 2? After all, it is produced by an animation studio.

AniMat:
[responding to the question] Look, Walking with Dinosaurs did it much more differently so that the animation plays a bigger role. How 'bout I say no and forget it so that both of our lives would be much more simpler.

AniMat:
[imitating a Fox film executive] Duh, why aren't the dinomasaurs not talking? I saw them talking on Land Before Time 27, and if they don't talk, that'll just confuse the kiddies and their Mommies. Oh oh, and uh, while we're at it, can we get Sid from Ice Age and Alvin from Alvin and the Chipmunks for the voices? Ya, ya ya ya, that will bring in the moneys.

A little word to my Pooh fans. Please don't argue with my rating. Just consider it as a view from a non-Pooh freak. Wait, that doesn't sound right...
