Sgt. John Carver:
[from the official reveal trailer] Let's get one thing straight, Clarke: we came to this frozen shithole to stop the Markers, and *nothing* - not *you*, or your obsession with Ellie - is gonna get in my way. You got that?

Isaac Clarke:
I know why *I'm* doin' this. Do you?

Isaac Clarke:
[during the mining drill situation] Now what?

Sgt. John Carver:
*You're* the rocket scientist; you tell *me!*

Isaac Clarke:
[offended] Hey, I work on *ships,* not - giant *drills!* Just - look for an override!

Sgt. John Carver:
What the f*** is *that?*

Sgt. John Carver:
[after freeing the giant mining drill] A-haha! Now we're gettin' somewhere - !

[the drill starts moving toward the pair, sparks flying]

Isaac Clarke:
Oh, sh*t - back up, back up! Get outta the way!

[Necromorphs enter the drilling area]

Isaac Clarke:
Stay out of it's path!

Sgt. John Carver:
No sh*t!

Isaac Clarke:
[when the Nexus Necromorph arrives] *Come* on! Are you f***ing *kidding* me?

Isaac Clarke:
[after being ambushed by Necromorphs aboard the Roanoke] Aw, sh*t - *ho*ly *sh*t!*

Captain Robert Norton:
[radio] Wh-What is it? What's goin' on?

Isaac Clarke:
I just got jumped what's left of the crew!

Captain Robert Norton:
[radio; shocked] *What?* No, nobody could've survived out here for that long...

John Carver:
[radio; interrupting] They *didn't* survive. They got turned into those... *things.*

Captain Robert Norton:
[radio; reeling from the unexpected info]... who - okay, what... what do we do?

Isaac Clarke:
You keep your weapon ready, and you stay the *hell* away from the ventilation ducts. If they get close, shoot for the limbs. You got that? [Beat]

Isaac Clarke:
[urgently] I said, do you got that?

John Carver:
[radio] Yeah, yeah - okay! Okay! [cuts out]

Isaac Clarke:
[after breaking the drill; breathing hard]... jeezus, I really thought that was it...

John Carver:
[chuckling] Yeah. Heheheh... *f**** this planet. C'mon.

Isaac Clarke:
["Chapter 1: Rude Awakening" - after accidentally causing several unmanned transports to crash with his Stasis module] Oops.

Rude Awakening" - first lines]

Sgt. John Carver:
[holding Isaac down] You Isaac Clarke?

Isaac Clarke:
[struggling] Get the f - off me!

Sgt. John Carver:
[as Norton enters] Answer me!

Captain Robert Norton:
[picks up photos of Isaac and Ellie; to Carver] It's him.

Isaac Clarke:
Who the hell are you?

Captain Robert Norton:
Lift him up. Up.

Captain Robert Norton:
[to Isaac] I don't have a lot of time, so I'm gonna make this brief. I understand you're something of an expert on Markers. You created one...

Isaac Clarke:
I didn't make *sh*t*! Your government made me!

Captain Robert Norton:
[continuing] And you destroyed two. Which is why we're here. We've got a job for you.

Isaac Clarke:
No. No! I'm done with that. You find somebody else for your suicide mission!

Captain Robert Norton:
We did. And before we lost contact with her...

Captain Robert Norton:
[holds up photo of Ellie] She told us to find you.

Isaac Clarke:
[tries to grab photo] Ellie. Where is she? What d'you to her? *Where is she?*

[an explosion from outside gets their attention]

EarthGov soldier:
Unitologists have breached the inner concourse! We can' hold them!

Sgt. John Carver:
Cap'n! Runnin' outta time, gotta go.

Captain Robert Norton:
She's out there all alone, Isaac. And I can't help her unless you help me.

[Another explosion lights the room up]

Isaac Clarke:
[giving in]... Okay. [breaks free of Carver] *Okay!*

Captain Robert Norton:
["Chapter 2: On Your Own" - as the Eudora is caught in a swarm of mines; Isaac and Carver find Cpt. Norton trying to free Rosen and Locke from a room] Isaac! Carver! Goddammit, gimme a hand here!

[Isaac breaks a welding tool from a wall cabinet]

Isaac Clarke:
[handing the tool to Norton] Here! Grab some of that paneling, and seal up that doorway!

Captain Robert Norton:
Since when're you givin' the orders?

Isaac Clarke:
[the ship shakes from another mine] Since nobody else has a f***in' plan! Look, I'll explain as I go!

Isaac Clarke:
[turns to Carver] Carver! Where can I find an E.V.A. suit?

Isaac Clarke:
[Before Carver answers, another mine hits the Eudora] Carver!

Sgt. John Carver:
[points down the hallway] Down that way!

Isaac Clarke:
["Chapter 2: On Your Own" - as the room ejects itself from the Eudora] Oh, *shiiiit!*

Isaac Clarke:
["Chapter 2: On Your Own" - as the group flies from the Eudora; Norton steers the room around a giant chunk of debris, only to find that he is about to crash into another chunk] Hey, watch it, *watch it!*

Captain Robert Norton:
I can't steer around it!

Isaac Clarke:
Then punch through it!

Captain Robert Norton:
[as Isaac closes in on Norton and the room] Oh no, oh *no* - !

[Isaac reaches the room just as it crashes through the debris, sending it spinning]

Isaac Clarke:
[reaching out to grab on] I got it! *I got it!*

Captain Robert Norton:
[as Isaac grabs on with a yell] Get it under control!

Sgt. John Carver:
I'm *full thrusters!*

Isaac Clarke:
[hanging on] It's slowing!

Captain Robert Norton:
[shortly before Isaac lets go, reorienting himself] Okay, o - okay... There we go.

Isaac Clarke:
Geezus... Let's not do that again.

Isaac Clarke:
["Chapter 2: On Your Own" - in the C.M.S. Roanoke; finding a roomful of coffins] Geezus... Coffins everywhere. Looks like some kind of funeral...

Sgt. John Carver:
Executions.

Isaac Clarke:
Why do you say that?

Sgt. John Carver:
The bloodstains on the walls are about head height.

Isaac Clarke:
[Beat] That's no good.

Isaac Clarke:
["Chapter 4: History's Ember" - after reuniting with Ellie and learning of her new relationship with Cpt. Norton] You could've warned me about Ellie and the captain.

Sgt. John Carver:
No one cares about your love life, Marker Boy.

Ellie Langford:
["Chapter 4: History's Ember" - as Isaac and Carver ride the elevator back down; via radio] Isaac, I'm sorry about that. There's so much going on...

Isaac Clarke:
[snapping] So Norton, huh? I mean, that was quick!

Ellie Langford:
The world is ending, and all you can think about is us?

Isaac Clarke:
Damn right! I never gave up on you!

Ellie Langford:
Oh, no! You gave up on the world!

Isaac Clarke:
Hey, I paid my dues! Or don't you think I'm f***ed up enough already?

Ellie Langford:
Isaac, this is do-or-die! We're stuck without your help!... Are you with me?

[brief pause; still annoyed] Doesn't look like I have a choice.

["Chapter 4: History's Ember" - returns to the generator room to find it occupied by large Necromorph tentacles] *WHAT?* Oh, *f***... *

Isaac Clarke:
[sees Carver looking at a photo of his family] Who's that?

Sgt. John Carver:
[puts it away] My boy.

Isaac Clarke:
Cute kid. Did you leave him behi...

Sgt. John Carver:
[interrupts] He's dead. Danik killed him, and his mother.

Isaac Clarke:
[surprised]... I'm sorry.

Sgt. John Carver:
[picking up his rifle] Yeah. Don't be. We're not friends.

Austin Buckell:
[inside Conning Tower, during the first quarantine sequence] I'm reading a quarantine. Are you all right, Isaac?

Isaac Clarke:
[fighting Necromorphs amid country music blaring on the intercom] No, not really! I'm locked in!

Austin Buckell:
Well, there must be an override on one of the walls.

Isaac Clarke:
Okay. I'll look once I'm not being - *stabbed in the face!*

Isaac Clarke:
["Chapter 1: Rude Awakening" - while fighting through Unitologist soldiers; to Norton via radio] Norton! These are Unitologists! Why're they trying to kill us?

Captain Robert Norton:
You! They're trying to kill *you!*

Isaac Clarke:
What - ?

Captain Robert Norton:
Just get out of there and shut your trap! [cuts out]

Isaac Clarke:
Son of a...

[finds and climbs up a ladder]

Isaac Clarke:
[switches to visual link w/ Norton] Why're these fanatics after me?

Captain Robert Norton:
You've destroyed Markers in the past, Isaac. That makes you a direct threat to their plan.

Isaac Clarke:
"Plan"?

Captain Robert Norton:
Some "end time" prophecy, based on the Markers.

Isaac Clarke:
[realizing]... Convergence.

Captain Robert Norton:
Yeah. Ellie thinks you can stop it.

Isaac Clarke:
So now she's missing, and they followed you here?

Captain Robert Norton:
[really annoyed] YES. Now got to the roof of the Dredger Corp. building. There's an extraction team waiting.

Dr. Earl Serrano:
["Prologue: Beginnings" - as Tim and Sam make their descent down the cliff face; over radio] Tim! Are you alright?

Tim Kaufman:
Doc, I - I'm hangin' from a cliff! But I got... whatever this is!

Dr. Earl Serrano:
