Bonnie. You're a smart girl. You attended Ivy League College, and interned at one of the top newspapers in the nation. At a 300 page memoir about your life. You don't know dick about life.

Bonnie:

You're 23 years old. Write about what you know. Which is pretty much nothing.

Bonnie:
It's *not* nothing.

Donald:
Listen Bonnie, go out and live life a little bit. Make mistakes. F*** up. F*** people. F*** lots and locks of people for all I care. And then come into my office and give me something I can actually publish. In the meantime, stop wasting my time.

Craig:
Starting over a carrier's suicide.

Sara:
You have a good thing going, don't ruin it.

Paulina Connelly:
I'm sorry, but 'Molly the Magical Meerkat' series isn't exactly motivating me anymore.

Sara:
'Molly the Magical Meerkat' pays for your mortgage, pays for your Mercedes... that's motivation alone.

Paulina Connelly:

Craig:
And 'Murder Mayhem' is?

Sara:
Please get off this Wes Mueller bandwagon. His stuff is offensive.

Paulina Connelly:
His 'stuff'? Is amazing.

Sara:
Maybe to people with no class.

Paulina Connelly:
How would you even know? You said you don't read his stuff.

Sara:
We've read an article or two in the Reader's Digest.

Paulina Connelly:
Oh, people still read the Reader's Digest?

Craig:
Mueller's a talentless hack. I mean you don't have to have talent to write a psychotic character when you are psychotic.

Paulina Connelly:
He's not psychotic.

Sara:
He writes about people getting decapitated in sewers, Paulina.

Sara:
He writes about people going through traumatic experiences growing from them emotionally.

Craig:
'Torture Devices of the Soul?' That just sounds like a beautiful piece of literature.

Paulina Connelly:
Well, it was a bestseller. and have you read 'Stun Gun City'? or 'Bullet in the Heart of Hate'?

Craig:
No.

Sara:
They sound like real winners though, Paulina.

Paulina Connelly:
You know what? Why can't you guys just be happy for me? This is what I want, to be inspired and excited about something. Not everyone who writes a horror novel, isn't a nut job psycho. Including Wes Mueller.
