But this guy, Ramon Solano... Is smart enough to take over all of Venezuela, but dumb enough to cross me.

Yeah, no one shoots him in the ass and gets away with it!

Phillip Joyce:

Christopher Jacobs:

Phillip Joyce:

Christopher Jacobs:
Yeah, well, now I'm here, talking to *you*. I'm going to get Solano and you're gonna help me.

Phillip Joyce:
Solano's no threat... to *us*. I'm staring at a land war with China, and I'm thinking it'd be real nice if I could get them out of this country with as few Allied casualties as possible.

Christopher Jacobs:
So you can provide stability and... democracy?

Phillip Joyce:
Sure, if there are any reporters around.

Christopher Jacobs:
Otherwise, it's the oil. I wonder, is it really lying when you know no one's going to believe you? Nah, don't answer that. I'd be happy to take on China for you, but I need something from you.

Phillip Joyce:

Phillip Joyce:
To crack Solano's hardened bunker? We quit manufacturing Earth-Penetrating Weapons in the nineties.

Christopher Jacobs:
Right, stopped making them... but didn't stop *using* them.

Phillip Joyce:
