[Modesty and Willie lead Emma through a seedy bar to the secret entrance to Modesty's house]

Emma Woodhouse:
Interesting, uh, place.

It's Willie's idea of chic. The regulars fight with knives, the bartender steals, the cooks find ways to burn hardboiled eggs, but what can you do - it keeps them off the streets.
