[opening intro] A computer virus has built armies of robotic soldiers and taken control of our world. But there is still one place where we can be safe. The domed city of Corinth. And the only hope we have left is...

[Power Rangers R.P.M. theme]

Dr. K:
[as Colonel Truman holds blaster] Are you going to arrest me, Colonel? [Notices Col. Truman looking at a picture of himself with his late son Marcus] We all do things in life we regret. But if we don't learn from them and move towards a brighter future, we pay twice.

Colonel Mason Truman:
I've already paid more than most.

Dr. K:
I know. And if I could access the space-time continuum long enough to undo what I did, I would. That's not possible.

Colonel Mason Truman:
[Hearing the Rangers call for Dr. K] Can you help them?

Dr. K:
That's all I can do.

Colonel Mason Truman:
Then help them. [Withdraws weapon as Dr. K resumes communicating with the Ranger Operators]

Dr. K:
[Sees Summer looking at images of Scott and Dillon] I understand your dilemma.

Summer Landsdown:
[Incredulous as she sees Dr. K in alphabet soup pajamas and doggy slippers] Sorry. What dilemma?

Dr. K:
You find Ranger Series Red attractive because he represents the guy who can give you solid security: the boy next door, trustworthy, responsible, the kind you take home to mother. At the same time, you're hopelessly drawn to the excitement and danger of Ranger Series Black, the tortured and mysterious bad boy you think you can save.

Summer Landsdown:
I don't think you...

Dr. K:
Comparing the raw data on a cuteness scale is also difficult, one scoring a solid nine, while the other registering the cuteness scale's maximum of ten.

Summer Landsdown:
Which one do you think is the ten?

Dr. K:
Why? Which one do you think is the ten?

Ziggy Grover:
[as the Ranger Operators argue with Dr. K following a briefing] Hold it! hold it! Hold everything, people. In times like this, there is one question that needs to be answered: Are we, or are we not, the good guys?

Dr. K:
[At her desk] Tell me: What's it like?

Ziggy Grover:
What's what like?

Dr. K:
Being stupid your whole life. Is it as wonderful as it seems?

[Flashback to a young K on a tricycle]

Dr. K:
[Records message from the first episode, speaking to a computer] A year later, it was estimated that Venjix had already infected thirty-seven percent of the world's computer systems. But it's not over, not yet.

[Explosions rock the Alphabet Soup facility. Dr. K becomes more frantic]

Dr. K:
If you can hear my voice, please, go now to the domed city of Corinth. It's the only place we can be safe. But you have to make it inside the city walls before the defense shield is activated. Please, hurry!

[Runs from the compartment. The two Alphabet Soup handlers stop her]

Government Worker:
Sorry, Dr. K. Give us the computer. It's for your own good.

Government Worker:
Sorry, K. No one can know that Venjix started here.

Dr. K:
[More explosions] This Ranger technology is our only chance of fighting Venjix. I have to get it out of here!

Government Worker:
[as he and his partner draw blasters] I'm sorry, Dr. K.

[Gem and Gemma knock out the two handlers offscreen as Dr. K looks on. The twins emerge]

Dr. K:
I'm glad we're friends!

Gem:
Oh, yeah, so...

Gemma:
Are we!

[Another explosion rocks the facility. Alarms go off]

Gem:
Head for the exit, Doctor.

Gemma:
We're going back for the classified Gold and Silver Series!

[the twins head towards the room containing the Ranger hardware]

Dr. K:
Gem, Gemma, wait! No, we don't have time!

[an explosion kicks up dust, making Dr. K believe that Gem and Gemma perished in the explosion]

Dr. K:
GEM, GEMMA, NO!

Tenaya 7:
[Draws hand blaster] Be honest: Leading me in here, tricking me into using the mirror - how much of it was your doing?

Dr. K:
[Picks up violin] All of it. [Begins playing Paganini's Caprice No. 24, activating the lab's ventilation systems]

Tenaya 7:
[Covers ears] Ugh! Aah! Not the violin again!

Venjix:
I can download my being into many bodies, many forms. But always *me*, always unstoppable.

Tenaya 7:
What about the Power Rangers? They seem to stop you on a fairly regular basis.

Venjix:
Not for long. Even as we speak, they're walking into my deadliest trap yet.

Scott Truman:
I told you, Ziggy: Left on red is the fastest way to downtown.

Ziggy Grover:
Hey, no fair. I didn't know we qualified for the car pool lane.

Flynn McAllistair:
Of course we qualify. There's five of us, aren't there?

Summer Landsdown:
Plus, Ziggy, we're driving around in a giant, 20-story high robotic super weapon.

Dillon:
She's right. We qualify for any lane we want.

Ziggy Grover:
Is it too late to call in sick?

Dr. K:
I'm looking at your vitals right now, Ranger Series Green, and aside from irregularly high levels of bad breath and body odor, I see no signs of any serious physical issues.

Scott Truman:
Doctor, we're all going to have serious physical issues if you don't do something here.

[Talking about the Silver Ranger's Zord]

Flynn McAllistair:
It's not normal, okay? It's a giant flying chicken that's shooting laser beams at people, really?

Summer Landsdown:
Okay, I'm with Flynn. This thing is so weird.

Ziggy Grover:
Weird? Okay, you cruise around in a giant yellow teddy bear, okay? I drive a big green fish. Look in the mirror, people. We're in no position to be sitting in judgment of anything weird.

Dillon:
Man's got a point.

Dr. K:
Have I ever told you about my childhood growing up in the Alphabet Soup think tank?

Colonel Mason Truman:
I get the feeling you don't like to talk about it.

Dr. K:
That's right. [Walks slowly to Col. Truman's desk] But that's why, when I do, you can be sure that it's not just idle chitchat. You can be sure that there's real meaning behind it.

Colonel Mason Truman:
Go on.

Dr. K:
In the years I've spent there, I was asked to create things without ever knowing their purpose. In some cases, I could never even imagine what possible real-world applications they could possibly have.

Colonel Mason Truman:
Fascinating.

Dr. K:
When I was eleven years old, I was asked to develop a colorless and odorless substance that when added to a person's beverage, it would instantaneously stricken the recipient with diarrhea a thousand times more extreme than the worst case of dysentery ever recorded. [Walks up to Col. Truman's desk] Now, Colonel, can you, in your wildest imagination, ever dream of a situation where someone would resort to using a substance like that?

Colonel Mason Truman:
[Looks at his coffee mug] Corporal Hicks.

Corporal Hicks:
[Walks up to Col. Truman's desk] Yes, sir.

Colonel Mason Truman:
I want you to divert fifteen percent of the primary shield power to our outgoing communications transmitter for then next ten minutes. [Hands the coffee mug over to Cpl. Hicks]

Corporal Hicks:
Yes, sir. Right away, sir.

Ziggy Grover:
[as he and the other Ranger Operators enter the Garage with Rangers Gold and Silver] Let me warn you: When you meet Dr. K, she's a bit icy and cold at first. But don't take it personally. It's, uh, she treats everybody like that. I, I think that's just the way she is. [Dr. K comes out of the lab. Rangers Gold and Silver demorph, revealing themselves as Gem and Gemma, having survived the attack on the Alphabet Soup facility]

Dr. K:
Gem, Gemma. [Runs up towards the twins and gives them a tearful hug]

Gem:
Hello, Dr. K.

Gemma:
We've missed you!

Ziggy Grover:
[He and the other Rangers look on with disbelief] I guess she's, maybe, trying kind of a new management style with them.

Dr. K:
Gem and Gemma have confronted me with the possibility that in an effort to protect myself from future emotional trauma, I may have treated some of you with a degree of forced emotional detachment, perhaps even bordering on coldness.

Flynn McAllistair:
[Puzzled, as with the other Ranger Operators] Bordering on coldness, you say?

Summer Landsdown:
That's ridiculous, Doctor.

Dillon:
[Sarcastically] You must be imagining it.

Dr. K:
No, no, I'm afraid it's true. My insistence on referring to each of you by your color series instead of by your real names is a perfect example. And, so, as your mentor...

Ziggy Grover:
Mentor? How can you be our mentor? Aren't we all older than you?

Dr. K:
As your mentor, in an effort to make my feelings clear in an official capacity, I have the following announcement. [Gem and Gemma prod her on. Dr. K walks up to Scott]

Dr. K:
Ranger Series Red, I greatly admire your honor, integrity, decision-making ability, and unusual hair. I feel lucky to have you as the leader of my team, Scott.

Scott Truman:
[Confused] Well, thank you, Doctor, uh... [Gets a hug from Dr. K] Whoa, what are you - what are you doing?

Dr. K:
[Lets go of Scott. Walks up to Summer] Ranger Series Yellow, as the only other female in the group, I want you to know that my feelings of fondness for you are so strong, they override even my base biological instincts to undermine and sabotage you in an effort to monopolize the attention of the males. Thank you, Summer.

Summer Landsdown:
[Puzzled] Sure, Doctor. The feeling's mutual, I think. [Gets a hug from Dr. K]

Dr. K:
[Lets go of Summer and walks up to Flynn] Ranger Series, Blue, your passion, optimism, and delightfully musical, though often incomprehensible, accent, ware what make you the heart of the team, Flynn.

Flynn McAllistair:
[Also confused] Well, happy to help out. Okay... [Gets a hug from Dr. K]

Dr. K:
[Lets go of Flynn and walks up to Dillon] And Ranger Series Black... [Dillon starts walking away but gets stopped by Flynn. Turns around to humor the young genius]

Dr. K:
Even though you are clearly psychologically unstable and only here as part of a work-release agreement, I still consider you a true hero, Dillon. [Scott snickers as Dr. K says this. She then hugs Dillon]

Dr. K:
[Lets go of Dillon. Walks up to Ziggy, who offers her a hug] You too, Ranger Series Green. [Walks back to Gem and Gemma]

Dr. K:
You five are the only family I've ever known. I love you all very much/ [Paces hurriedly back to her lab, followed by Gem and Gemma]

Summer Landsdown:
Well, that was certainly... awkward.

Flynn McAllistair:
Can we please just pretend this didn't happen and get back to work, now?

Ziggy Grover:
[Upset that Dr. K did not acknowledge him like she did the other Ranger Operators] Hey, hold on, what about me? What about all the nice things you wanted to say about me? [Alarm goes off]

Dr. K:
Three years before the Venjix virus attack, I was the leader of a research team developing exo-skeletal robotic suits to amplify human strength and speed. We were attempting to harness the human body's natural electrical output to prolong the suit's battery life when we had a breakthrough. The discovery of a universal bio-electrical field; an unseen energy grid that connects the life-force of all living things. Manipulating this field allowed for unimagined advancements in technology, including these: the Ranger Prototype Series Covert Infantry Bio-Suits.

Dillon:
[sarcastically] Right, because nothing says covert life bright red, yellow and blue spandex.

Dr. K:
[furiously] That is NOT spandex.

Summer:
Doc K can get a little defensive about his work.

Dr. K:
The material is a self-assembling nanofiber formed with an intracellular sheet of memory alloy.

Dillon:
My mistake. Now, is that machine washable or strictly dry clean only?

Summer Landsdown:
That's a face only a mother could love.

General Crunch:
I don't have a mother!

Tenaya 7:
Red is the perfect one, Black is the brooding bad boy, Green is the clown, and Yellow, well, she's the girl. So, who are you supposed to be?

Flynn McAllistair:
I'm Scottish.

Scott Truman:
What do you mean, "What eyes"? Right there, on the front of our Zords.

Dr. K:
They are not eyes. They are optical field scanning sensors for your cockpit's A2D display.

Scott Truman:
Well, they look like, well...

Dillon:
They look like eyes.

Ziggy Grover:
Big googly anime eyes.

Ziggy Grover:
Sometimes when I morph, I can't help but notice this gigantic explosion right behind me for no apparent reason.

Dr. K:
I assume you're referring to the residual energy run off that is sometimes necessary to clear the suit's biofield channels during the morph.

Ziggy Grover:
I'm referring to the six-story high fireballs, like that one right there!

[points at the screen of the explosion]

Ziggy Grover:
Now, could that happen to me in the kitchen or something?

Flynn McAllistair:
When we morph, is it absolutely 100% necessary that we scream "RPM, get in gear" from the top of our lungs?

Ziggy Grover:
Uh, that's a very good point. Uh, some of us out there are trying impress chicks. Uh, it's definitely not helping.

Dr. K:
I'm a little busy saving the human race right now, Benny.

Benny:
Listen, it's important. Can you come outside and talk to me?

Dr. K:
I don't go outside.

Benny:
You don't go outside, when?

Dr. K:
Ever.

[Ziggy's Zord combines with the High Octane Megazord]

Scott Truman:
Welcome aboard, Green!

Summer Landsdown:
Hey, you look good on us.

Flynn McAllistair:
Ah, it throws the whole "primary color balance" off.

Ziggy Grover:
[Follows after Dr. K after a failed teleportation test] Look, I know I wasn't the first choice for the Green Ranger.

Dr. K:
You weren't chosen at all.

Ziggy Grover:
But what I lack in size, strength, and speed...

Dr. K:
Coordination, reflexes, judgment, instincts, leadership, common sense...

Ziggy Grover:
I more than make up for it with heart! Look, if you just got to know me...

Dr. K:
I don't want to get to know you.

Ziggy Grover:
Well, why not? I'm a person - turns out, you're a person. Hey, give me one good reason why the two of us can't - can't be friends. [Stops walking]

Dr. K:
[Stops and closes file] I don't like you.

Ziggy Grover:
Oh.

[as Grinders surround a mother and her baby]

Scott Truman:
Shh, you'll wake the baby.

Ziggy Grover:
Yeah, and if you wake the baby, I might just have to sing you all a sweet little lullaby and then tuck you into bed without any dessert or even a single goodnight kiss. Oh wait, wait, what am I saying? That didn't even make sense. I'm really sorry, kinda new to being a Power Ranger. I'm still working on my hero one-liners.

Shy Kid:
Ranger Black, you're my favorite Power Ranger. Your toughness and spirit are an inspiration to all of Corinth City. Do you have any advice for all the kids out there who look up to you?

Dillon:
No.

Little Girl:
Ranger Blue, how come you talk pretty and everybody else doesn't?

Flynn McAllistair:
Well, little lass, it's because I'm Scottish, and everyone else isn't.

Summer Landsdown:
[Putting on makeup] This is my mother and father we're talking about.

Dillon:
They're blackmailing you into marring this guy so we can keep the diamond away from Venjix.

Scott Truman:
Cut it out, man! This is between her and her family.

Dillon:
Oh, and I suppose you know what that's like.

Scott Truman:
And I suppose that you don't!

Summer Landsdown:
[Gets up as the two guys almost start fighting] Guys! Please save this dance for the wedding reception. [the two guys break it off]

Dr. K:
[Sees Summer in a wedding dress] Ranger Operator Series Yellow, you look positively radiant.

Summer Landsdown:
Really? You think?

Dr. K:
No, but I was told it was customary to say so.

Tenaya 7:
[At the altar after snatching away the Landsdown Diamond] By the way: Love the dress, Ranger Yellow. [Lifts veil. Everyone, including Tenaya 7, is surprised to see Dr. K in the dress instead of Summer]

Dr. K:
Thanks. I would say I look positively radiant.

Tenaya 7:
[Getting up after being knocked down by Summer] You do NOT want to get in between me and anything that's big and sparkles.

Summer Landsdown:
[Holds up Landsdown Diamond] Come get some.

Dillon:
[as he and the other male Ranger Operators notice Summer in a wedding dress] Summer, you look, uh...

Summer Landsdown:
Radiant?

Dillon:
Uh, yes.

Scott Truman:
Yeah.

Summer Landsdown:
[Grabs morpher] Ready?

Dillon, Scott Truman, Flynn McAllistair, Ziggy Grover:
[Being unprepared, they scramble for their morphers] Ready!

Dillon, Summer Landsdown, Scott Truman, Flynn McAllistair, Ziggy Grover:
RPM, get in gear! [Rangers morph into their bio-suits]

Ziggy Grover:
[Wakes up from the male-specific sleeping gas after Dr. K sprays him with her experimental serum] I had the strangest dream. We... we were on a date.

Dr. K:
[Disgusted] That... sounds like a nightmare.

Summer Landsdown:
[Entering the lab] Any luck?

Dr. K:
Luck is an abstract concept that ignores skill. [Gets up] But, since you asked: no.

Dillon:
[Angry that his car suffered battle damage] Don't... ever drive my car. Ever.

Summer Landsdown:
Don't fall asleep on the job, and I won't have to.

Scott Truman:
Come on. Buck up, Dillon. It was an emergency. They needed a ride, so they did the right thing.

Dillon:
[Annoyed] How is driving my car into a tornado the right thing to do?

Scott Truman:
Probably because they didn't take mine.

Flynn McAllistair:
Or mine. Definitely the right choice. [Walks away and high-fives Scott]

Dr. K:
[Black screen appears] Listen carefully, okay. We don't have a lot of time. [Animation plays while Dr. K speaks] It began three years ago. The World Internet Federation reported the appearance of an aggressive new computer worm: the Venjix Virus. A year later, it was estimated that Venjix had already infected thirty-seven percent of the world's computer systems. By then, it was too late. Venjix took control of the world's communication, power, and defense systems. He built armies of advanced robotic soldiers which laid waste to everything in their path. There was no stopping them, and Venjix declared victory.

Venjix:
[Appearing as a red glowing disc] I am Venjix. Your world is now my world, and your time is now over!

Dr. K:
[Animation resumes] But it's not over, not yet. [a domed city appears] If you can hear my voice, please go now to the domed city of Corinth. It's the only place we can be safe. But you have to make it inside the city walls before the defense shield is activated. Please, hurry! [Transition to Battle of Corinth taking place]

Corporal Hicks:
[Heads to Colonel Truman as he surveys the battle] Colonel Truman! Colonel Truman!

Colonel Mason Truman:
Easy, son. Get yourself together and give me a proper report.

Corporal Hicks:
Yes, sir. They broke through the western corridor into Zone Delta, sir. We can't hold them off.

Colonel Mason Truman:
[Takes off sunglasses] And Eagle Squad?

Corporal Hicks:
[Gravely] We lost contact with air support over an hour ago, sir. What should I do, sir?

Colonel Mason Truman:
Go shoot at something.

Corporal Hicks:
Sir, yes, sir.
