We sold our shields off to the highest bidder.

Now, the men that were killed were under your brother's command. You know this neighborhood up and down, yes?

Ray Tierney:
Yeah. I worked those streets pop. So what?

Francis Tierney Sr:
You want me to spell it out for you, Raymond? Find who killed our guys.

Be smart. They were protecting their own, and they were burying the truth.

Ray Tierney:
Don't talk to me about the truth. You got no idea what it takes to do what we do.

Jimmy Egan:

Jimmy Egan:

[seeing his father enter his houseboat] Hey.

Francis Tierney Sr:
Hey.

Ray Tierney:
Come on in.

Francis Tierney Sr:
[noticing Ray doing some repair work] What happened? My carpet! What happened to the carpet?

Ray Tierney:
You're supposed to fix the leaks before you put the carpet down, Pop. You know that.

Francis Tierney Sr:
Oh... Boats leak, Raymond. It's the nature of things.

Jimmy Egan:
You breathe a word of this, and I come back, I'll slit your throat, f*** your wife, and kill your kid. Look at me! You tip angel off, and I'll make it really worse!

Francis Tierney Sr:
[to Ray] Don't turn your back on me, Raymond! You're my kid; you're my blood! You might aswell be a f***in' Martian!
