Sky King:
Say what does Sam do with all that bank money?

Martha Barret:
We keep it in a rubber sock at the bottom of the well.

Sky King:
Hey, kids, it's time to go! I hope you didn't have to keep your eye on them, Martha.

Martha Barret:
Sam Barret is 58 years old. I have to keep an eye on him.

[last lines]

Sam Barret:
You can never run away from anything, Sky; nobody's ever been able to do it successfuly yet, but I've led too good a life to be licked now.

Sky King:
We'll do everything we can to see you get a fair shake, Sam.

Sam Barret:
I know you will, Sky.

[Sky rescues Penny after thugs left her tied up in a closet]

Schuyler King:
How long ago did they leave?

Penny King:
Oh, half hour I guess. It's hard to tell time when you're bound and gagged!

Clipper King:
Hey, Sky, look!

Sky King:
It's a woman and looks as though she's in trouble.

Penny King:
It's a blonde!

[last lines]

Penny King:
Sky, I owe you an apology. You really didn't fall for that woman.

Clipper King:
Oh, I knew that all the time.

Sky King:
Well, you were right about one thing, Penny. She sure was a designing woman!

Dr. Hazara:
What about the old man who lives in the cabin?

Joseph:
He will cause us no trouble.

Dr. Hazara:
You have inquired about him, no?

Joseph:
He lives alone, almost like a hermit.

Dr. Hazara:
Good. So much the better for us.

Joseph:
And each day he goes out to prospect for a rich goldfield that he hopes will make him rich.

Dr. Hazara:
Like so many other stupid Americans, he too wishes to become a capitalist someday.

Sky King:
Major Gordon is the security officer over at Desert Project.

Jim Bell, foreman:
Protecting our government secrets in these days is a mighty important job.

Penny King:
It certainly is! And it's a war we can't afford to lose.

[Jim has difficulty understand one of Clipper's scientific explantions]

Jim Bell, foreman:
Just give it to me sort of Texas-like - you know, slow and easy.

Jim Bell, foreman:
OK, I believe you, I believe you! But if you ask me, it's just like television - it can't work, but it does.

Joseph:
Do we leave immediately? Shall I start packing the equipment?

Dr. Hazara:
No, we cannot go until we have accomplished our assignment.

Joseph:
You are right. The Party would not understand our failure.

Sheriff Mitch Hargrove:
All I seem to do today is get in at the finish.

Sky King:
Well, it's the finish that counts, Mitch, and I'm glad this was a good one.

[first lines of Episode 4.13, "Mickey's Birthday"]

[Penny grabs and kisses young Mickey]

Mickey:
Aw, gee whiz, Penny.

Penny King:
Well, it's your birthday, isn't it?

Mickey:
Yeah... I'm too old for girls to kiss, aren't I, Uncle Sky?

Schuyler King:
Well, I think you are now, but, ah, you won't be in about ten years!

Sky King:
Flattery will get you nowhere, young lady.

Penny King:
Oh, I bet it will get me as far as Plateau City.

Sky King:
What's the matter, Penny? You look a little pale.

Penny King:
Flying in this rough air all day is too much for me.

Clipper King:
You know, some day, I'm going to invent a safety belt that will keep my stomach from bouncing clear up between my shoulder blades.

Lieutenant Doug Mercer:
A cold-blooded professional spy... I've read about guys like you - in my kid brother's comic books.

Griz Raetze:
We all have to make a living.

Griz Raetze:
But let me indulge my vanity for a moment and tell you how good my plan really was. I could have worked my way into some small job at Desert Project and after wasting months, or perhaps years, possibly I could have found out about a few secrets... like your American communists - the stupid fanatic fools. But this way, I waited till the complete annual reports of all the secret projects were to be flown to Washington.

Lieutenant Doug Mercer:
And now you know everything.

Griz Raetze:
Well, enough to sell for a good price to... interested parties.

Griz Raetze:
The trouble with you, King, is that you cooperate with other people. It's the lone wolf who survives in the end.

[last lines]

Penny King:
I can't understand how a man like Raetze could think of endangering the lives of millions of people.

Sky King:
Out of a desperate fear to survive, Penny, by what he called the law of the jungle - but he was wrong. The law of the survival of the fittest has been proven scientifically false. Today, the law men like Raetze must learn to live by is the law of survival of the most cooperative.

Sky King:
Chief Lone Cloud, my heart is sad that evil spirits cross your path.

Chief Lone Cloud:
It is not evil spirits, old friend; it is wind of time. My time is near.

Penny King:
Well, if he is dying, he'll have to tell his secret.

Doc Sawyer:
You mean that old story about the hidden treasure? Do you believe that, Sky?

Sky King:
All I know is when his tribe has a bad year - the crops fail, the chief gets sick - those Indians show up with a lot of gold. It's been like that for years and years - even before Chief Lone Cloud was born. They say the secret's been passed along from Chief to Chief for over a hundred years.

Doc Sawyer:
The old boy's son was killed in Korea, so I guess his grandson is next in line.

Sky King:
Yes, Frank is the one to inherit the secret - and the danger. Over the years many people have been willing to kill for the secret to that treasure.

Davey Wilson:
Can't I take my chemical set along? I want to work on my new rocket fuel.

Penny King:
No you cannot. We're going to eat these sandwiches, not blow them up.

[Davey's "rocket fuel" works pretty well as tear gas and disables the crooks, enabling Penny to be rescued]

Penny King:
Oh, Davey, you and your chemicals.

Davey Wilson:
You aren't complaining, are you?

Penny King:
No. This is one time I'm happy to cry!

[last lines]

Dr. Sommers:
I certainly owe you a lot, Mr. King.

Sky King:
You can thank Penny, Doc. It all started when she saw your signal.

Penny King:
You mean it all started when I decided I wanted to go shopping in Los Angeles.

Sky King:
Yeah, to buy that, um, hat. What do you think, Doctor?

Dr. Sommers:
Well, it's... nice.

Penny King:
It's very smart and chic and sophisticated!

Sky King:
And when do you want to go back and exchange it?

Penny King:
Well, I thought when we took Dr. Sommers back to Phoenix we might...

Narrator:
Out of the blue of the western sky comes... Sky King!

Sheriff Benson:
If we can take him alive, that's the way I want it.

Sven:
If you see him first, you get him; if we see him first you got nothing to worry about.

Sky King:
Sometimes a man accuses himself by running.

Gretchen Gluckman:
These men - they are smart. You cannot fool them.

Penny King:
Why not? I've seen my uncle, Sky King, pull tricks like this lots of times. I walk straight up to the door; I pretend I'm lost and thirsty and tired. I put them off their guard. Then, when they're least expecting it, I pull my gun and get the drop on 'em!

Gretchen Gluckman:
And what happens if first they get the drop on you?

Kralenko:
