Maezumi:
I Know the problem. Your Forehead is too small. A small Forehead means a small brain. Like a monkey. You should be swinging from a tree screaming "kya kya kya".

Maezumi:
If you just look at the ramen you'll feel it.

Maezumi:

Gretchen:
Hey Japan! I was fired tonight! On Christmas Eve!... Heartless japanese! Cold blooded Japan!

Abby:
I don't know anything about love. Every time I feel it, it's gone, it disappears and all I have left is pain and sadness.

Gretchen:
[to Abby] I'm so freakin' wasted I'm about to collapse. You got any beer?

Maezumi:
A bowl of ramen is a self-contained universe with life from the sea, the mountains, and the earth. All existing in perfect harmony. Harmony is essential. What holds it all together is the broth. The broth gives life to the ramen.
