I thought you were gorgeous the first day of class - like a supermodel. You had that walk. That walk that guys like me write songs about... I'm sick of writing songs, Hannah. I'm sick of writing songs for girls who don't deserve a quarter note from a bagpipe. When we're young it's different: chase skirts, break hearts, die young. You do what you're told and act like you don't. But then we go off to college and something changes. They say we're adults now but we don't wanna grow up. So what do we do? Girls buy dresses that cut off at the shoulder and stop at the hip. Boys forget how to love and learn how to lie. We all wanna be rockstars, but none of us can sing. And if you cut a line of coke in front of us we would sit in the corner and drink the cheap beer. The worst part is, is that we hate ourselves for it, but no one will say a word. And when the dust settles, we laugh.
