    I think that a better translation for this quote in Russian is as follows: "Делая добро, мы обычно безучастные, вялые и медлительные; и как ни странно, боимся быть слишком правыми. Но дела злобы и несправедливости совершенно в другом стиле. Они доводятся до совершенства смелой, виртуозной рукой; к ним примешивается фактически дух тех яростных страстей, которые призывают всю нашу энергию, всякий раз, когда мы угнетаем и преследуем."
