You should be committed in all that you do in life. For, your value increases along side with your level of commitment i.e. the more committed you are, the more valuable you will be. Besides that, anyone who is not committed in whatever he or she does will sooner or later become redundant (no longer needed or useful). In other words, lack of commitment causes redundancy.
