Also, the word in the second sentence of the poem is "alone" and not "above" - that's the whole point of the verse - that we are meant to be together in life. Don't know how the person got "above" instead of "alone" - it makes no sense that way. Maybe it was a typo? But someone should correct it. more »

I, too, was looking for this verse, and wondering what book it supposedly came from - it sounded authentic to me. But I see that others who encountered this verse in the movie "Fallen Angel" have also tried to find the source and have been unsuccessful. So I guess maybe it was written just for the scene of the movie? Go figure. more »
