I loved the way they talk to each other. Especially the Mother. When she says things like “ why stay up if there’s no food or t.v., etc. and one of the bunch says that they could talk to each other… Mrs Pascal’s comeback is priceless, telling them that it’s a really bad idea, it only leads to trouble, take her word for it! I love it!! I’ve found her sentiments to be “ spot on”. From my personal experience, I find disfunctional families (that actually do love each other), to be the closest (like a secret club with secret handshakes, etc.), and very entertaining. I know many will not agree with me but I belong to just such a family (minus the incest and gunplay)! and we are very close from myself my 3 adult children (never quite understood that phraseology.lol) right down to grandkids. I watch “ House of Yes” around Thanksgiving every year. more »
