After all these years I'd LOVE to know what "chicken night in Turkey" means lol I did research and the saying "chicken night" and the definition is "the best day of your week" "The highlight of one's week" or "the best day of your life" to use it in a sentence......"Tom is a drag all week, until his girlfriend comes over on Friday, then it's like chicken night for him" So chicken night should be a good thing, right? When Charles Cyphers says "you run this station like chicken night in Turkey" it's obviously a negative statement, expressing his dissatisfaction with the way the station is operating.....so, chicken night is a positive phrase, brings me to my question.....how does adding the word "Turkey" to the phrase make it a negative statement???!!! Does Turkey just suck so bad that NOBODY has their own "chicken night"?? Lol Confusing quote. more »
