First of all, I'm not comfortable in saying that I'm happy with the time that has elapsed. But I'm aware that there are reasons for that. And there's an approach that has been taken for as long as anybody can remember when you have criminal investigations that are ongoing, as to the sequence of events, and whether that continues to be the most appropriate approach to that I'm not sure, i do know that it is a matter of public record once the authorities who are conducting the investigations, which happen to be the DA and Union Parish, but also the US Department of Justice for civil rights violation.
