Was the use of force reasonable for the crime at issue? The video doesn't show what the underlying crime was, other than he was apparently intoxicated and possibly combative, what did the officer know about the chemical composition of the hand sanitizer in their lobby? Many people use hand sanitizer and smoke cigarettes without exploding.

This is all based on a false narrative that somehow American law enforcement is dangerous to the community. And you know, this is something that law enforcement have been fighting for a long time, i think now that's been proven as we see, you know, the Defund the Police movement has done nothing but help violent crime flourish.

This notion that American law enforcement is somehow dangerous to students or the very innocuous slogan of ‘Back the Blue.’ In other words, we support our police that that is somehow a triggering issue or somehow a sensitive thing to say. Again, it's silliness, and it's based on a false narrative, and we, the American people, have got to continue to stand together to fight that false narrative.

Of course it was the worst case scenario for Mr. Anderson and his family, i hope that this shocks the consciousness of both citizens and leadership. We can’t just give in to anarchy and the criminals who try to override the government and that’s really what happened in CHOP/CHAZ. It was an enormous failure. If you’re going to just give up and endanger not only your citizens, not only your people, but your law enforcement, we’re watching and we’re going to get involved.

Before he takes on additional tasks he must secure the border, start supporting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in their mission, and sincerely apologize to the mounted Border Patrol for the false attacks he has waged against them. From a national perspective, police departments aren't that unhappy about the release of body worn camera. There's always kind of a perception that's wrong, that police want to hide the body camera. And generally speaking, we want it out there as soon as possible, in an officer-involved shooting, releasing a body worn camera is going to help show what really happened.
