I realized how much the Stones mean to so many people, it is kind of humbling in a way, and it is it kind of like – what do you want to come and see the old cast offs for?

It's an incredible walk through your own life, you know? For me, it's quite emotional in a way.

Hopefully...we'll never give up. They'll have to shovel us in the grave. We feel like we're still evolving and I think you have to feel that way, every show that you do, you say the next one is going to be a little bit better.

Our price point is not above average compared to the competition, the way we keep it down is by making sure we use all the things we prep. We calculate our sales projections and make sure we order the right amount of food. Every morning we need to cut the right number of cucumbers; otherwise we’ll have to make up for the waste by raising costs. We keep prices down by doing a good bit of shopping. And we’re able to leverage our growing size to get better deals.

But if we use all local ingredients, the price per plate might go up to $18. Value is still important to customers.

Everyone’s been to restaurants that pronounce themselves ‘fresh,’ then cut their veggies out of a plastic bag, i want my onions grilled when I order them, and I want my pita warm from the oven, not the microwave. To me, that’s fresh.

It was all good stuff. In other words if you're growing up at 4 years old and you can sing Billie Holiday songs, you realize that 'ya, brought up on the blues without even knowing it,'.

This is the thing with the Stones. You keep thinking 'Come on, how long can you keep this thing going?' But I guess the answer is until we don't feel that we're improving, to me, and I think to everybody else in the Stones, the last tour was probably, musically speaking, the best so far. So there's always that feeling of something more to come. Some anticipation. The energy is there.

[Wachtel] is a natural maestro, he can take a song to further heights than you expected, beyond expectations. I envy him, quite honestly.

I had a ball making this new record and working with Steve Jordan and Waddy Wachtel again, there's nothing like walking into a studio and having absolutely no idea what you're going to come out with on the other end. If you're looking for 'Trouble,' you've come to the right place.

That's being kicked around, at the moment, I'm just getting my head into the Stones and I haven't really thought about what I'm going to do afterwards. But usually if I put a record out, I do some road work. So, it's possible.

We're talking about doing some recording after this tour, but there's nothing definite. We just threw out the idea. I'd like to get the boys back in the studio again, yeah. Anything can happen, i'd like to see just how far they can evolve. I have no demands or particular visions for them, but you're just part of this thing and I want to see how far it will go.

The only goal left is to see how far we can run the string, the band feels great about playing. I mean, you couldn't get these guys to do anything if they didn't wanna. It's what we do, so we're just hoping for a great summer.

Stadiums, I love them, especially when the weather's on our side, when God joins the band, it's really nice to play indoors and auditoriums with a controlled environment, but at the same time, it's a different feeling playing outside, especially stadiums ... It's a looser feeling. Pre-sale tickets went on sale Wednesday and general tickets start Monday. The tour also celebrates the June 9 re-release of the Stones' seminal 1971 album.
