I don't think it's hard to identify the leading thugs. Everybody in Albany can name them and most of the press corps can name them. They have never been shy about making the phone calls or doing it face-to-face, that's got to be done. And I think that a lot of it has to do with building up a good relationship with the legislature.

I really think that Kathy Hochul needs a young, energetic progressive person as lieutenant governor. It's the easiest way, quickly, to reach out to the community that is most problematic for Kathy Hochul in the primary, some of me thinks she'll want to have a man( on the ticket), but I don't think that there's anything terribly politically problematic about having two women. I think that might help her in a primary.
