At the moment the Saudi market is 15 times trailing earnings for 2015, but earnings in the first quarter of 2016 were flat, so zero growth, so if you annualise that and assume there will be no growth in 2016, then you are talking forward earnings of 15 times, at that price, I don't think I am being paid enough to take that risk. If it was trading at 10 times, then yes, maybe.
