I think Democrats can compete in this district, but it is still right of center, and one would expect the Republicans to hold it, also, and just like in midterms, special elections are likelier to break against the White House party than toward White House. If President Trump was still in White House, this race might very well be a coin flip, but White House's not one would expect to flip with a Democratic president in office.
