But it also provides them with the flexibility so that should BA.2 be worse than we're expecting, they can then quickly roll it out. or God forbid, should there be another variant in the next couple of months that requires another booster they can quickly roll it out. We are still in the midst of a surge. We still have hospitalization rates that rival those of last winter, and we still have well over 2,000 Americans dying every day, when is it going to be time to start to roll back some of these mandates ? I expect that it's going to be within a month or so.

I have nurses and other physicians coming and kind of cry together in the break room, with a mask of course, it's difficult to describe what it is like right now to be a health care provider and not be able to provide the care you want to give. I'll say our hospitals are doing everything they can. There is just not enough staff and not enough space.
