There is nothing in Aleppo, I am Sultan Kitaz there, the world is shocked by the pictures of the dead Syrian toddler but what I have seen in Aleppo is much more cruel. I saw whole families obliterated. I saw whole neighborhoods destroyed( and) many of my friends were killed. We have no other way out, we have no other solution.
