The first improvements we usually see in our burn and trauma patients is their itching and their pain is decreased, then a few weeks after the laser, you'll see an improvement in the texture (of the skin.) It'll get smoother. And somewhere in between there, range of motion will improve. We have patients that call us literally the next day to say, 'I can move my arm.
