Transition for any athlete any level -- high school level, college level, professional level -- a lot of our identity is tied up in the sport, and when we’re no longer as or are an athlete, it can be hard to find purpose or meaning again, people have to reinvent themselves, and that can be a really challenging thing to do, especially when you’ve been given so much through that sport.
