I, like everybody who served as secretary of state, have a unique perspective, when you leave the secretary of state office, people from all perspectives want to know, ‘ What do you think’s going on in the world ? ’ I think that’s actually a useful conversation. Like all my predecessors I gave speeches to a wide variety of groups and it was predominantly about what’s going on in the world.
