I think it’s laughable, the reality is the court system was created so that we would address things in a civil manner -- which is in court -- and not go harm each other. You could argue that the harm being done before this law was babies being killed … and now, all of that’s going to be addressed civilly as opposed to just allowing the bludgeoning of these babies.
