We appreciate the position of the advocates for the energy-efficient and decarbonized features of the original Geos development, unfortunately, the advocates are asking the city to regulate the use of certain utilities over other utilities when we have no authority to regulate such a choice. This level of regulation must be driven by the state and/or federal government.
