Jacob Dickert (born August 23, 1983) is an American college football coach. He is the interim head coach at Washington State University, elevated after the firing of Nick Rolovich on October 18, 2021. Prior to this, he had served as defensive coordinator in Pullman, beginning in 2020. Dickert attended and played college football at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, and had coached at various colleges and universities since his graduation in 2007.
