It's hard to imagine a more difficult negotiating environment than this, we have the difficulty of diplomatic negotiations with The Russians, whom we don't trust, obviously, overlaid with the fact that we're involved in the war and The Russians don't trust us. I don't see how it could be more difficult than this right now.
