Our partners are aware of the types of weapons we need – first and foremost, fighter jets and long-range missiles that can hit targets up to 300 km away, these are not weapons of escalation, but rather weapons of defense and deterrence against the aggressor. Dmytro Ivanovich Kuleba (Ukrainian: ?????? ???????? ??????; born on April 19, 1981 in Sumy) is a Ukrainian statesman, diplomat and communications specialist, currently serving in the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. He is also concurrently a member of the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine. He is one of the youngest top-diplomats in Ukraine's history. He previously worked as Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration as well as Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe between 2016 and 2019.
