Reputation Management - The Classic Strategy to Success: The internet has given the power of knowledge to customers. Customers just need to enter your name in the search engine such as Google and they will get information about your business. This information can be in the form of your official website link and/or customer/product reviews. The customers find this information very useful as it aids them in decision making and reducing their risk while shopping. As this information influences the customers in your favor or against you, it can quickly become a major hurdle for your business. Therefore, it is important to manage your online reputation when you are dealing with online public relations. All business persons realize the power of Word of Mouth (WOM). Just one customer spreading bad WOM about you can ruin any strongly created image built through extensive marketing campaigns. WOM, especially negative WOM spreads like the wildfire spreads in a forest. A customer's negative posts about your business will surely damage your image;…

Too often when we talk about racial healing, we make the old assumption that government can heal the racial divide. … Republicans and Democrats – red, yellow, black and white – have to understand that we must individually, all of us, accept our share of responsibility. … It does not happen by dividing us into racial groups. It does not happen by trying to turn rich against poor or by using the politics of fear. It does not happen by reducing our values to the lowest common denominator. And friends, it does not happen by asking Americans to accept what’s immoral and wrong in the name of tolerance.

The greatest problem facing the United States today is not racism; it is the disappearance of the can-do attitude that built the country, ... We’ve lost the sense of individual responsibility for our problems, and that’s bad enough. But what’s worse, we’re losing faith in our ability to solve our problems. This acquired sense of helplessness is catastrophic, and it has paralyzed large swaths of the American public – rural, urban and suburban. … Encouraging dependence upon government not only creates generations of helpless people; it inures them to government’s ineffectiveness.

can one eeally say that even a spark of desire is a very great evil? there are many kinds of desires which are accompanied with many kinds of intentions. does the foregoing statement then not suggest that the desire to help is evil? which I think it is not. if I were to have no desires or intentions at all then how could I have feelings? how could one then feel love, friendship, kindness and all the things like those that I consider virtues?
