Store Clerk:
[sits down with a yellow shoebox] Glad you're sitting down, sir. Because this right here is the finest footwear available on the market today. Let me introduce you to... [opens the box] the future!

Customer:
[takes one of the shoes out] Wow. Man, this is heavy.

Store Clerk:
Not heavy at all. It's actually quite light. Speaking of lights... [presses the top of the shoe, its logo and bottom light up] Four hours on a single charge.

Customer:
[absent minded at first] That ain't my density. Uh... I mean, my destiny.

Store Clerk:
Whatever you want!

Dr. Emmett Brown:
[a bright explosion happens outside, and Doc Brown walks into the shoe store] Shoes! I need shoes!

Store Clerk:
Well, I got... these right here.

[offers one of the shoes to Doc as he and the customer stand up]

Dr. Emmett Brown:
[excited] Does this power-lace?

Store Clerk:
Uh...

[looks to the managers]

Store Manager #2:
Not 'til two-thousand fifteen.

Store Clerk:
Not 'til 2015, sir.

Dr. Emmett Brown:
This is 2015!

Store Clerk:
[hesitates, glances at the customer] It's 2011, sir.

Dr. Emmett Brown:
[shocked] Great Scott! The time circuits must have malfunctioned!

[GASP; runs outside]

Store Clerk:
I don't know what that means, sir. Wha... Where is he going?

[they go to the window]

Customer:
[Doc Brown drives away through time in his DeLorean, leaving a flaming tire tracks behind] Whoa! He made like a tree, and got out of here!

Store Clerk:
Guys there's... There's a fire in the parking lot, guys! Anyone want to put out the fire in the parking lot? Kevin, you wanna go out and...? [Kevin, the customer, nods no]
