Good morning. I use the name Cobra Commander, and I am the founder of Cobra, an organization you great and glorious people tend to dismiss as 'criminals'. I have always believed that money brings power. This was an error that has cost me a LOT of pain. [He shows the UN Assembly some footage of a super charged particle cannon destorying Moscow and killing its 10 million inhabitants, leaving them aghast]

Cobra Commander:
You have 24 hours.

Roadblock:
A ninja? I didn't know we had a ninja!

Storm Shadow:

[realizing he was fooled by a diversion]

[to Duke] You nuked Siberia and all you got was a limp?

[as Snake-Eyes goes to confront Storm Shadow]

Duke:

Scarlett:
