Nasubukan mo na bang hulihin ang hangin? (Have you ever tried to chase the wind?)

Antonio Luna:
Para kayong mga birheng naniniwala sa pag-ibig ng isang puta! (You are like virgins, who believes in the love of prostitutes!)

Antonio Luna:
Ganito ba talaga ang tadhana natin? Kalaban ang kalaban? Kakampi ang kakampi? Nakakapagod. (Is this really our fate? The enemy is our enemy? And our allies are also our enemy? It's tiring.)

Artikulo Uno: Ang hindi sumunod sa punong heneral ay tatanggalan ng ranggo at ipapapatay ng walang paglilitis sa hukumang militar (Article One: Those who fail to follow the orders of the head General will be stripped of their rank and then summarily executed by the Military.)

Antonio Luna:
Walang nakakaangat sa batas. Kahit na Presidente. (No one is above the law. Not even the President.)

Francisco "Paco" Román:
Heneral, baka may maka dinig. (General, people might hear you.)

Antonio Luna:
Edi makinig sila! (Let them hear!)

Antonio Luna:
Sabhihin mo sa ating mga kababayan na hindi na kakamit ang kalayaan sa pag-aaruga sa kanilang mga mahal sa buhay. Kailangan nila mag bayad. (Tell our countrymen that Freedom cannot be won by protecting their loved ones. They have to pay the price.)

Joven Hernando:
Ano po ang kabayaran? (What is the price?)

Antonio Luna:
Dugo at pawis. Kailangan nilang tumalon sa kawalan. (Blood and sweat. They have to jump into the abyss.)

Antonio Luna:
Mga kapatid, meron tayong mas malaking kaaway keysa mga Amerikano: Ang ating sarili. (Brothers, we have an enemy bigger than the Americans: Ourselves.)

British Train Conductor:
Are you what? (laughs) Don't be absurd, sir!

Francisco "Paco" Román:
Baliw daw kayo, Heneral. (He says you're crazy.)

Antonio Luna:
Absurd? Absurd!? Commandant General of the Philippines absurd? Arrest him.

British Train Conductor:
No wait wait wait! Look , see I have my passport! Read the signature on that document.

Antonio Luna:
Oh my goodness! Signed by Secretary of State, Lord Salisbury.

British Train Conductor:
None other. So my dear chaps, if you would just release me.

Antonio Luna:
Nauubsan na ako ng Inglés. Arestuhin niyo na tang ina naman o! Sige na! Rápido! Ingles-inglesin mo 'ko sa bayan ko, puñeta! (I'm running out of English. Arrest him already! Damn it! Quickly! Damn your foreign tongue.)

Eduardo Rusca:
(laughs) Umaatras na sila! Mabuhay ang Pilipinas! (They're retreating! Long live the Philippines!)

Sodliers:
Mabuhay! (Long live!)

Antonio Luna:
Heh, hindi tayo nanalo, Paco. (Heh, but we didn't win, Paco.)

Alam ko, Heneral. Pero tingnan mo sila. Ganap na sundalon na sila, at kailangan ka nila. (I know, General. But look at them. They're proper soldiers now and they need you now more than ever.)
