J.J. Fate:
Mr. Duck doesn't mean to goof, but everyone knows an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of... hey! [Donald's tie gets caught in a punching machine, and his suit gets punched full of holes] Anyone for cribbage?

J.J. Fate:
[Watches Donald get flattened by machine] This maneuver brings to mind that old Chinese proverb... [Speaks Chinese gibberish] Translation: work should have flat concentration from you, or you might become flat work.

J.J. Fate:
[seeing Donald trampled by co-workers rushing to leave at quitting time] Tsk-tsk-tsk-tsk-tsk. And on his own time, too. Well, that's fate. [suddenly shocked] Oh! What am I saying? [shrugs]

J.J. Fate:
At home, Mr. Duck is Old Man Fire Prevention himself. But... [shows Donald at work, standing on a ladder and painting a sign that reads "No Smoking" all while smoking a cigar] Now he's playing with fire. [Donald drops his cigar into a can of paint thinner] Oh, no! Not there, stupid! [the cigar causes the thinner to explode] See what I mean?
