Kröd Mändoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire

[Dongalor is holding a press conference]

Chancellor Dongalor:
I have an announcement I'd like to make. I am doubling the bounty on Mandoon and the Pagan Wench to 6,000 Mendulas each. Dead or alive. Yes, I know that is more than the lot of you will earn in a lifetime, but there's an old saying in Hessameel - I know It's in Harkouth, probably Hessameel - that says "fool me once [Dongalor pauses and looks confused] Shame on [pause] Shame on you [Even longer pause] Fool me. You can't get fooled again.

[General Arcadius has been hit by an arrow and is being cradled in Krod's arms]

Krod Mandoon:
Hang in there sir. You, you're going to be ok.

Chancellor Dongalor:
He's as good as dead Mandoon and so is your pathetic resistance.

Krod Mandoon:
Hah, it will take more than one arrow to kill the greatest General that ever lived.

[Several more arrows are fired in to General Arcadius's body and an axe smashes in to his head and bounces off]

Krod Mandoon:
That will probably do it, though.

Myrmidon Captain:
I see see from these runes you're from the new world.

Krod Mandoon:
I am. My father carved this sheath when I sailed from my homeland.

Myrmidon Captain:
[reading the words engraved on the sword] "HROATH G'BLON BRACK ROTHAN". [pause] What does that mean?

Krod Mandoon:
It's gibberish. My father was illiterate.
