Family and good will toward others prove vital ingredients to a Merry Christmas in A Very Playhouse Disney Holiday. In JoJo's Circus "A Circus Time Christmas," JoJo and her family enjoy cherished holiday traditions like building a snow family and decorating the Christmas tree, but the mood becomes somber when a special heirloom Santa Clown ornament gets broken. Later, JoJo discovers the perfect gift for her parents, but is forced to make a difficult choice between it and a warm basket to save a cold little bird's life. In Higglytown Heroes, Twinkle's greatest wish is to be a wrapper for Santa in the North Pole. When her dream is granted in "Twinkle's Wish," she realizes that being home with her family is an even more important holiday wish. Two very brief Shanna's Shows encourage viewers ages 2 to 5 to use their skills of observation and deductive reasoning to discover what professions Shanna is dressed for.
