[Derek knocks on Jim's door] Hey!

Derek Leduc:
Hi, Jim.

Jim:
[talking on his headset] Yeah, yeah. No, uhh yeah. No...

[laughs]

Jim:
Ok ok. Look I'm gonna have to talk to you later. OK? OK. Bye.

[Jim takes off the headset off his ear]

Jim:
[Jim starts talking to Derek] Wow, look who's out of jail. What do you want?

Derek Leduc:
Is my sister home?

Jim:
Nope. Guess you're gonna have to come back later.

Derek Leduc:
Look this won't take very long, I just came back to get Bullet.

Jim:
Yeah, um, I don't think that's gonna happen.

Derek Leduc:
Look Jim, she's my dog.

Jim:
Um, I'm sorry. Who's been taking care of her and picking up after her for the last three years?

Derek Leduc:
You knew this was only temporary.

Jim:
I take her jogging OK? I make sure she has the best food. We have a bond.

Derek Leduc:
Jim, she's my dog.

Jim:
Derek, You're a loser. You can't even get in a fight without killing someone. How are you supposed to take care of another living being?

Derek Leduc:
[scoffs] I think I can manage.

Jim:
