Inspector Mike O'Hara:
[to Lawrence] Oh, the great Falcon! I haven't seen you in half a dozen murders!

Inspector Mike O'Hara:

Jonathan 'Goldy' Locke:

[after Marriot has fired a shot at him and been murdered himself] Are you all right?

Gay Lawrence:

Detective Bates:
[Driving while looking for the Falcon's car] I don't see any cars, Chief.

Inspector Mike O'Hara:
Did it creep into that skull of yours that maybe he deliberately gave you a bum steer?

Detective Bates:

Inspector Mike O'Hara:

Diana Kenyon:
You know, I can't understand how such brilliance could get you in a spot like this.

Gay Lawrence:

Jonathan 'Goldy' Locke:
[Obviously frightened of the brutish Moose, who has commandeered his car] I guess I better drop you now. I got a date.

Moose Malloy:
[Ominously] You wouldn't want it with an angel, would you?

Jonathan 'Goldy' Locke:
[Meekly nervous] No, sir.

Moose Malloy:

Jonathan 'Goldy' Locke:
[Meekly resigned] Yes, sir.

Inspector Mike O'Hara:
Go ahead, Follow 'em!

Detective Bates:
Why, Chief?

Inspector Mike O'Hara:
[Condescendingly] Because I got a gold badge and you only got a silver badge, and I want you to follow him. You don't mind, do yuh?

Detective Bates:
