The Fog

The Fog is a 1980 American supernatural horror film directed by John Carpenter, who also co-wrote the screenplay and created the music for the film. It stars Adrienne Barbeau, Jamie Lee Curtis, Tom Atkins, Janet Leigh and Hal Holbrook. It tells the story of a strange, glowing fog that sweeps over a small coastal town in California, bringing with it the vengeful ghosts of mariners who were killed in a shipwreck there 100 years before. The Fog was Carpenter's second theatrical film, following the success of his 1978 horror film Halloween, which also starred Jamie Lee Curtis. A remake of the film was made in 2005.

Nick Castle:
Cause I'm the Skipper, and you're Gilligan.

Spooner:
Like that? After all the "we", now I'm just Gilligan. I'm by myself, huh?

Sean Castle:
Why do I have to drive?

Spooner:
Because I'm the Skipper, and you're Gilligan.

Nick Castle:
Holy sh*t.

Elizabeth Williams:
Let's go back home.

Nick Castle:
And have some crazy sex?

Stevie Wayne:
Somebody please beam me out of here.

Captain Blake:
[as Malone is lowering himself from the Elizabeth Dane, Blake reaches through a porthole and grabs him] Blood for blood!
