Carl Kolchak:
This is the story behind the most incredible series of murders to ever occur in the city of Seattle, Washington. You never read about them in your local newspapers or heard about them on your local radio or television station. Why? Because the facts were watered down, torn apart, and reassembled... in a word, falsified.

Dr. Richard Malcolm:
You grovel nicely, Mr. Kolchak.

[hearing Kolchak in a bar]

Tony Vincenzo:

I just saw your "so-called killer" wipe up the street with your so-called police force!

All right, all right. I'm willing to buy the idea that these two series of murders might somehow be connected. I'm even willing to buy that they might have been committed by the same man. [pause] But a man, Kolchak, a man. Not some sort of a SUPER DEAD MAN!
