Do you know that vampires stay together for 5 years and after that they decide if they want to stay together for another five years. During the five years they can't split up even if they really want to. Do you think that's a good idea?

Mother:
Well I don't know. I think that if one vampire isn't very happy where they are then maybe it isn't such a good idea for both of them to stay together because you know if two people don't want to be together then they'll just make each other miserable.

Lucy:
But if you split up straight away, how do you know that you're going to be miserable?

Mother:
Are you talking about me and your Dad?

Lucy:
If you're both blood sucking vampires maybe.
