Guess you never heard of Jason Voorhees, have you?

John Tate:
No. Who's that?

Tommy Jarvis:
About 15 years ago, he killed my mother. I was only 12 then. I thought I had killed him then, but I was wrong.

Sara:
Wait. Jason Voorhees. The guy with the hockey mask right? I've heard of him. He killed nearly 200 people. I thought he was dead.

Tommy Jarvis:
No, not dead. But not alive either. He's something different.

John Tate:
What, you're saying he won't die?

Sharon:
Jason Voorhees is a killing machine. That's who he is, that's what he does. He won't die because he can't.

Tommy Jarvis:
It's evil, pure evil.

John Tate:
