It's really nice because how many people in New York can look out their window and see this much space? Usually they're just looking into the side of another building or into somebody else's window.

[camera shifts back and forth between views of two equally-bland and characterless modern cement-block apartment buildings] This is the housing project across the street. It's not nearly as nice as the one we live in. This is our housing project. See? I don't like that one at all. This one is really pretty. It's really modern, and the cement blocks - all one color.
