The Heckling Hare1941

Willoughby:
[Willoughby digs his hand through a knothole in a tree Bugs jumped into who then drops a tomato into Willoughby's hand causing him to think he killed Bugs] I... I crushed him! [Starts sobbing] I've done a bad thing, I crushed him, I crushed him! [Cries hysterically] [Places flowers at Bugs' hole as he turns to the audience] Flowers [sniffles] rest in peace, poor little bunny.

Bugs Bunny:
[Grabs the flowers while talking in a falsetto voice] For me doc?, oh you darling [Kisses Willoughby and jumps back into the hole]

Willoughby:
[Willoughby furiously digs after him only to discover that the hole is at the bottom of a cliff] [to the audience] Gee did, did you see what almost happened to me! [breathes a sigh of relief] I, I gotta be more careful [Accidentally steps off the edge of the cliff]

Bugs Bunny:
[as he watches Willoughby fall] Ah, too bad, aw but the jerk had it coming to him, he outta watch his step [Steps into the hole also causing him to fall off the cliff]
