The demand was made for Buckaroo to provide the missing circuit to allow Whorfin to complete his version of the "Oscillation Over-Thruster" device and allow his "Truncheon Bomber" to successfully cross-over into the 8th Dimension, assuring his domination of both the earth and Planet 10. Due to our past knowledge of Whorfin's corrupted attempt to inhabit Professor Emilio Lazardo's body/mind and his inability to focus both minds to the task of completing the device, Buckaroo's answer is literally true... The Missing Circuit was in his head. Some "lie-detector".
