Nora Montgomery:

Charles Montgomery:

Nora Montgomery:

[the baby cries, Nora can't be bothered. irritated, she rings the bell for the nanny] Daphne, when you hear the baby crying, come in straightaway and bring him upstairs.

Daphne:
Yes, ma'am. Yes, angel. Come here. It's all right, shhh.

Nora Montgomery:
They came again today. The bill collectors. Charles? DO YOU HEAR ME?

Charles Montgomery:
I'm not deaf! Would that I were.

Nora Montgomery:
Now you listen to me. You're going to support this family one way or the other. I've arranged for a girl to come tomorrow morning with $60 cash. She's in trouble. She probably has friends. So you'd better not be blotto.
