Lt. Frank Pike:

Quentin Lance:

Lt. Frank Pike:

Quentin Lance:

Lt. Frank Pike:

Quentin Lance:
Well, in an emergency, the chief of police does, so get him on the line.

Lt. Frank Pike:
Chief's dead.

Quentin Lance:

Lt. Frank Pike:

Quentin Lance:
